We take your privacy seriously and aim to minimize the collection of data from you. It is your data, after all. Nevertheless, we can’t avoid collecting some to operate our services, which is what this document is here to explain.

This Privacy Policy explains our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your data, including any personal data we collect and process in connection with our website and any applications, software, products, communications and services provided by us (collectively “Service”).

This privacy statement has been prepared based on provisions of multiple legislations, including Art. 13/14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)).

Why do we collect data?

Your data is processed and/or collected to allow us to provide and maintain our Service, perform contracts with you, comply with legal obligations, respond to enforcement requests, protect our rights and interests (or those of our users or third parties), fulfill legimite interests and detect any malicious or fraudulent activity. It is also needed to provide and maintain the underlying hosting and infrastructure and to display content from external platforms. The legal basis for processing of your data for the above purpose is Art. 6 (1) lit. a or Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

Your data is not used for any other purposes.

What data do we collect?

Personal Data

Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, information such as your name, age, address, phone number, date of birth, e-mail address, IP address, or user behavior. Information that we can not relate to your person (or only with disproportionate effort), e.g. by anonymizing the information, are not personal information. The processing of personal data (eg. collecting, querying, using, storing or transmitting) always requires a legal basis or your consent. Processed personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of the processing has been achieved and no legally required retention requirements have to be maintained. Additional data collection may be requested from you at any time through platform specific channels, e.g. app store installs or installation instructions. Their content and collection will be explained as part of their setup.

Personal data may be freely provided by you, or collected automatically when using our Services. You are also responsible for any third-party personal data obtained, published or shared through our Services and confirm that they have the third party’s consent to provide the data to the Owner.

Usage Data

Information collected automatically through our Services (or third-party services employed in our Services), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use our Services, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page) and the details sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device, it’s operating system and/or the User’s IT environment.

How do we collect it?

Direct Contact

If you contact us directly, for example via a contact form or e-mail, your personal data, that is your name, your e-mail address, your message and any other provided information will be stored in order to process your inquiry. We will use your e-mail address to reply to you and your name to address you accordingly.

Online presence on social media

We maintain online presence on social networks and platforms in order to communicate with our customers, interested parties, and users and to inform them about our services. When visiting each of these platforms, you as a user agree to the terms and conditions and the data processing guidelines of the corresponding provider.

We process your data if you communicate with us on these social networks and platforms, e.g. publish posts on our pages or send us messages. We process your data only when it is in the customers legitimate interest for us to do so in accordance with Art. 6, (1) lit. b GDPR. We also use customers’ data for communication purposes.

Accounts

If you register an account with us, your contact information will be stored. If you order any service from us, your address and payment information will also be stored.

Subscriptions

If you subscribed to our newsletter or if you requested that you receive automated messages from us via e-mail, we also store your e-mail address. We will delete your e-mail address once you delete your user account or if you unsubscribe from our newsletter. We use these data exclusively for sending information that you request including information about our new offers.

Server log files

We follow the standard procedure of using log files. When using our services, we and some third-party services automatically create server logs which record interactions and can therefore contain certain data for operation and maintenance purpose. This includes date and time, the retrieved URL path, parameters, the referrer (if applicable) and the type and version of browser used. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable, so that we do not collect any personal data.

Device and app permissions

Depending on your specific device, a Service may request certain permissions that allow it to access your device data. By default, these permissions must be granted by you before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by you at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, you may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document. The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on your device and software. Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of our Services. If you grant any of the permissions, the respective data may be processed (i.e accessed to, modified or removed) by our Services.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that are stored on a users computer. They are stored on your devices during and/or after you visit a website or online store. Cookies can store different kinds of data. They are primarily used to store information about users and settings. Third-party cookies are cookies that are offered by the original providers (who operate the online store or website) to other parties.

Any use of Cookies by our Services or by the owners of third-party services used by our Services serves the purpose of providing the Service required by you, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document. This is mandatory to maintain functionality and therefore requires no separate consent.

You can prevent the software from storing cookies by changing the settings of your internet browser. However, if you do this, you may not be able to use all of the functions on our website.

Metrics, tracking and analysis tools

In order to properly operate and maintain our Services, we need some statistics about the visitors to our websites. On some of them we use a fully self-hosted version of Plausible, an open source software for statistical analysis of accesses by visitors. In this process, the data is processed and stored exclusively by ourselves. Plausible does not collect personally identifiable information and anonymizes all data collected. You cannot be identified and are never tracked across websites. It therefore requires no separate consent, as noted in their data policy.

We do not use any other tracking or analysis tools.

Method of processing

The data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner, in some cases, the data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of our Services (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies). In some cases, third parties such as government authorities, external consultants, or our business partners may also receive your data.

Data security and security measures

We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your personal information confidential. In order to avoid manipulation, loss or misuse of your data stored by us, we take extensive technical and organizational security precautions, which are regularly checked and adapted to technological progress. This includes, among other things, the use of recognized encryption procedures. However, we would like to point out that, due to the nature of the Internet, it is possible that the rules of data protection and the above-mentioned security measures may not be followed by other persons or institutions outside our area of responsibility. In particular, unencrypted data can be read by third parties - e.g. if sent via e-mail. We have no technical influence on this. It is your responsibility to protect the data provided by you against misuse, e. g. by utilizing encryption technology.

Retention time

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to perform contracts between users and us, comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will also retain Usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Once the retention period expires, personal data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

Place

Your data is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

Data is transferred to third countries only in adherence to the legally regulated admissibility requirements. We will not transfer your data to a third country if it does not serve the purpose of performing our contract with you; if we have no consent from you; if the transfer is not necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims; and if there are no other exceptions. We will only transfer your data to a third country if there is an adequacy decision in accordance with Art. 45 GDPR or appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR. External Services

External service providers may have access to your data while they assist us in providing our services. These services may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that Service. Further information on data processing and privacy practices by third parties can be found in their respective privacy policies.

Content from external platforms

Our Service may include embedded content (e.g. pictures, fonts, videos, charts, etc.). Embedded content from other services behaves in a similar way as if the visitor had visited the other service directly.

This type of service allows you to view content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of our Services and interact with them. This type of service might still collect web traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when you do not use it.

Hosting, distribution and infrastructure

This type of service has the purpose of hosting key components, data and files that enable our Services to run and be distributed as well as to provide a ready-made infrastructure to distribute it.

Payment handling

Unless otherwise specified, our Services processes any payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means via external payment service providers. In general and unless where otherwise stated, you are requested to provide your payment details and personal information directly to such payment service providers. Our Services aren’t involved in the collection and processing of such information: instead, they will only receive a notification by the relevant payment service provider as to whether payment has been successfully completed.

Your rights

As a person affected by the processing of personal data you have the following rights under GDPR:

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data (including your e-mail address) and to the use of your data at any time. You can do this by contacting us or using automated inquiries, for example, by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in a newsletter. Manual inquiries will be addressed by the Owner as early as possible.

If you make requests for information, please bear in mind that we might ask you to provide proof that you who you claim to be.

Changes to this privacy policy

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying its Users on this page and possibly within our Services and/or - as far as technically and legally feasible - sending a notice to Users via any contact information available to the Owner. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
